Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
I agree with several others who found it to be tasty and more like a biscuit than authentic irish soda bread.
It was certainly easy to make and clean up after.
I'm looking forward to making modifications next time. I took some suggestions to cook it at 350 for 45 minutes but ended up going 350 for 55 mintues. In hindsight, I probably could have let it go for a full hour.
