Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

My family and I didn't really care for these bars to much. They didn't have enough Rasberry flavor and tasted too much like dry cake mix. I think a different mix might have helped,I used a vanilla flavored and the aftertaste was too strong.

Chicken Enchiladas II

This recipie has turned out to be one of my family's favorite. It is easy and you can cut down on the fat using lowere fat products, it is so good, there is never any left, and we are only four people! I will often double it and freeze on epan for later. Thank you for a great recipie!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

This was very good and I make it often. I did make only small additions such as sauteed onion, some frozen peas in the noodles while they were at the last few minutes of cooking and skipped the crackers and butter as my kids think they are gross on other recipies.At the very end I sprinkled some shredded cheese and baked untill it melted. Overall a good staple to have on hand.

It's Chili by George!!

This chili is very deceptive, because it looks so easy, and it is. I only leave out the green pepper and add crushed and petite diced tomatos instead of juice to make it richer and boy what a deffernece. It is awsome and a stand by for me at least once a month. Also, not to spicy.

Coconut Sour Cream Cake

This cake was one of the best I ever made! I would cut down on the almond extract to maybe half a tsp, but that is it. It gets better the longer it sits in the fridge! I brought it to work and everybody raved. Also, I cut down on the suger like was suggested and it was pefect. I only used 1 and 1/4 cup.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

This was okay, I think the cream cheese gave it a kind of pastey texture and it needed some garlic salt to boost the flavor. I added some diced onion with it when browning the beef. I also agree with other reviewer that only one can of soup was needed. I think I would skip the cream cheese or cut it way down next time.
