Im a VERY happily married mom with two kids. We are originally from Michigan, and when I married the man of my dreams, he brought us here to Canada to live. I've always loved to cook, and so he bought me one of those nice fancy convection stoves.. Its the greatest thing ever! Now that Im a stay at home mom.. I cook dinner everyday, and I make my family try ONE new recipe a week. Its worked.. I have my kids eating stuff they never thought of before. :) I LOVE to cook mexican style dishes.. and Italian and seafood. I love mixing thigs up, and I really love cooking with fresh vegetables.
