Baked French Fries I
Delicious! Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and just the right mix of spices. I did decreased the heat to 400 degrees and the time to 40 minutes. I also added some sea salt. These are some of the best fries I have ever made at home! Thanks for a great recipe!

Butter Cream Frosting II
Light, fluffy and delicious!! I used butter flavored shortening (what I had on hand) and this frosting came out great. I will use the recipe again! Thanks for a great recipe!

Best Cherry Pie
As previously recommended, I decreased the sugar to 3/4 cup. I used two 15 oz cans of pitted dark sweet cherries and the pie turned out great! Everyone in my family loved it! Thanks for a great recipe.
