Try it with (store-bought) frozen sweet potato fries. Delish!

Overnight Caramel French Toast

This was my first attempt at any kind of overnight brunch dish & it was fantastic. So easy! I used Texas Toast and it wasn't soggy. Best when served while still hot.

Onion Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Super easy - I mixed all ingredients in a 9"x13" pan, and a delicious side dish was ready in 30 minutes. Healthy, too! I used less oil, less than 1 onion soup envelope and 1 chopped onion.

Oven-Baked Chicken

Very simple, easy and delicious. I added some garlic powder, and put 4 large bone-in breasts in a jelly roll pan. They turned out perfect.

Mushroom Burger Pockets

Bland, and the dough never cooked on the underside. I even tried adding a can of tomato soup & minced garlic to enhance it, but it didn't help. It did feed a lot of people very reasonably.

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
I used a 2 lb. brisket, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and a 12-oz. jar of (seafood) cocktail sauce since I was out of chili sauce. Added 1/2 cup water to make the sauce go farther. Cooked 4 hours (could have been 5 for more tender meat). It was delicious. Great leftovers for sandwiches, too.
