My family and I absolutely love this dish! Great for pot lucks, holiday meals with the family, or just any time you want some good comfort food.

Just tried this recipe out for something a little different last week and it came out great! I did go with some of the suggestions from other reviewers and used nacho cheese doritos instead of regular tortilla chips. I also left the sour cream out (to be added after cooking) and added a layer of white salsa con queso under the ground beef layer. The last addition I made was to add about a cup of corn (right on top of the meat) which added a great flavor to complement the rest of the dish. I'll definitely be making this one again!
