Lemon Snowballs Cookie

These were good. I added a couple of tablespoons of lemonade mix to the confectioners sugar. It really punched up the lemon flavor!!

Alaskan BBQ Salmon

Added a touch of Soy sauce,cayenne and tabasco.I like the sweet and spicy stuff. Mixed some into softened butter for corn on the cob, Awesome! Great recipe.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

I made this recipe for our family fourth of July picnic and it was a huge hit! I kept hearing "who made the shrimp?", 4 lbs of shrimp disappeared in minutes. An empty bowl is the best way to tell your recipe is a success! Thanks Robbie!

Egg in a Boat

Funny all the different names for this simple but great dish. My mom called them Gashouse eggs, which is what the actor Don Ameche called them when he made this dish in a movie from the 40's, called "Moon over Miami". The classics are always best!

Deli Style Brisket

When I was preparing this unusual recipe, my husband was watching..after I poured the ketchup on and rubbed it all over the meat, he looked horrified and exclaimed "If you don't feel like cooking, just say so!" I laughed and told him this was the recipe. Boy was this ever good and so simple. It had a great flavor and was a change from the usual crock pot roast. Thanks for a good laugh and a great recipe!

This is a very good recipe. I did a variation , just for a change of pace..I used cream of celery soup and added soy sauce and Montreal Steak Seasoning, it was so flavorful!

Famous Butter Chicken
