Sombrero Fajitas
I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. Modifications I made: I put a bit of oil on the tortillas, along with some roast garlic & sea salt, put the mixture on the tortillas and grated the cheese on top. I put these under the broiler until the cheese was melted and the tortillas were a bit crisp Delicious. I would make this once a week.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
I was so excited to have this when i got home from work. I followed this recipe to the letter, and I am not thoroughly impressed. Maybe it was the type of beer i used, but this just did not please the palate at all. I cooked on low for 8+ hours, the meat fell apart tender. I did make some modifications. I used minced onion and a few cloves of garlic, but that wasn't enough to save this. I won't make again.

So Good. because i didn't have gorgonzola, i used Bleu cheese. came up a bit runny, so i added flour to thicken. Perfection on a steak
