Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Mine turned out "best, big, fat and chewy" just like the name. I used margarine because butter tends to make the dough run all over. I used fewer chocolate chips and I added walnuts. I did not refrigerate the dough at all and they turned out great! I haven't tasted any since cooling them so don't know yet if they turned hard. We'll see tomorrow morning. I will make again.
