Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I've been making cheesecakes for 40 years and I didn't care for this one at all - sorry. I like cheesecakes that are dense, creamy and smooth but this one was light, fluffy and almost grainy. Also, it didn't have much flavor. I think all the milk and flour ruined the taste. Guess I'll go back to my old standby recipe or I might try another recipe on this site.
