Grilled Salmon I
Delicious! Cooked this for supper tonight and followed Elizabeth's suggestion to wrap it in foil and bake @ 425 for 15 minutes. I usually always manage to overcook my salmon on the grill but it was cooked perfectly in the foil. I also added lemon juice instead of using the lemon pepper and then just sprinkled salt, pepper and garlic powder on the marinated salmon after setting it on the foil squares. Will definitely make this again.

Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this. I needed a quick supper and had everything in the fridge. I cooked the ground beef and chopped the veggies while the rice was cooking. I had a small zucchini in the fridge so I sliced 1/2 of it up and threw it in. Next time I'll double the recipe and add onion, celery and thinly sliced carrot. The cabbage really added a lot to the flavour of this dish.

Quick Asian Beef Noodle Soup
Wow! This was really good and easy. I'm glad I did an ingredient search for ground beef & bok choy because I'll be making this again but I think I'll increase the ginger. I'll try some of the variations suggested by other reviewers - the shrimp with lemon-lime sounds great!
