Cajun Seafood Pasta
This is a total favorite. I make only a few alterations...a splash of wine here and there and I use a frozen seafood blend from Trader Joes that contains shrimp, scallops and calamari. Absolutely fabulous dish. thanks

Crabby Horseradish Dip
Sorry, this was not a hit. It seemed like too much cream cheese, and it was like paste. I ended up adding a can of baby shrimp, scallions and seasoning as well as some chopped water chestnuts to provide texture. In the end, I couldn't "doctor" it up enough to make it good. No one liked it before... or after.

Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce
I found this to be a great sauce. I cut it by 1/3 as I was using it over broccoli. It worked out great and had a nice flavor, not too overwhelming, but enough so that it was plenty flavorful. I am saving the remainder of the sauce to use tomorrow over pasta. Also, I used skim milk and it was plenty thick.
