Best pork chop I have had. I had the family over for Sunday dinner, amazing that EVERYONE love them. I'm sure you know how difficult it is to please everyone. Followed the recipe with no changes. Prepared the chops in the morning and marinated them all day. Then grilled them. Was a little low on charcoal so I added some small pieces of oak from my wood pile. Great recipe! Thank you!

Sausage Egg Casserole

This was delicious. Everyone loved it. I brought it over to my daughter's house on Xmas morning. If I had known it was going to be so good I could have gotten away with buying no gifts...ho ho ho. I left out the flour mixture all together. I used a pound of sausage and eleven eggs. Instead of Monterey Jack I used the 4 cheese Mexican blend. Otherwise I followed the recipe.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Teriyaki Onion Burgers

I never have had a better burger. I marinated beef for 2 hours in teriyaki sauce, worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke before grilling them on my charcoal grill. Definitely a repeat menu item!!

Bowties and Broccoli

I really liked this simple, tasty dish. When heating up the oil I added red pepper flakes to give it a little zing. It was delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

Better Burger Sauce

This was excellent. I added a bit of chipotle chile powder to add some zest. Not only good on hamburgers and hot dogs, I like it as a chip dip. Thanks for the recipe
