This is a wonderful, quick and easy recipe for pizza dough. I made a few alterations... I substituted olive for vegetable oil, added some herbs and fresh garlic to the mix and also let it rise for about 45 mins (lightly oiled dough and placed in bowl covered with a dish cloth). Also, before baking I brushed the crust with roasted garlic olive oil. Delicious! I'll definitely be making this recipe again.
