I made this cake with mint chip ice cream for my son's birthday. I used regular (not mint) chips for the frosting. It was delicious and surprisingly easy to make. Also, I iced the cake in advance and put it back in the freezer with the frosting on. It turned out great and I did not have to do any last minute preparations during the birthday party.

I made this tenderloin for a family gathering. It was a big hit with everyone! The meat was tender and flavorful ... and it was simple to prepare! I highly recommend this recipe.
