Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

Amazing recipe. Took a while to make, but well worth the wait. Just remember to marinate the night before so you can cut down the prep time.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

OMG. Delicious. A little heavy on the veggie oil, though. I cut it by 1/4 C and it turned out perfect!
