I have tried many different pizza crust recipes over the years and have found my #1 right here. I add 1-2 tsp of italian seasoning and a tsp of garlic powder to the mix. I like to rub the pizza pan with a thin layer of olive oil and then press the dough into shape. Like a few others have said, bake the crust alone for about 5 min in the oven and then take out and put on your toppings and return to the oven for another 15 min. Absolutely perfect!

Manicotti Italian Casserole

We make a recipe very similar to this but add 1/4 cup of taco sauce for an extra zip. We also substitue with turkey pepperoni which cuts down the fat and in our opinion tastes better.

Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip

I made this for an office potluck and it was a huge hit. I added a couple minced garlic cloves and used fresh chopped jalepenos instead of canned jalepenos. Outstanding. Will be a staple at potlucks and family get togethers.

The classic. Always great. Don't change a thing and you will enjoy this anytime throughout the year. Especially best in the summer paired with grilled fare.

Seafood Pea-Asta Salad

Made this for a Memorial Day cookout and it went over very well. Followed the recipe exactly and all enjoyed. Very colorful dish and it complemented a picnic/cookout type gathering quite well.

Pineapple Coleslaw

Followed the recipe exactly as written and really didn't enjoy this. It was colorful and had nice presentation but lacked flavor. Won't be making this again.

German Baked Beans

If you are a sauerkraut fan, like we are, you will enjoy this recipe. I followed it exactly and thought it was a nice twist on baked beans. It is a little sweeter than typical baked beans but enjoyable and simple to make.
