The meat was really tender and juicy. The vegetables on the top dried out a bit since they didn't have any juice so I may cover it next time. Overall VERY good. Will definitely make again!

This dish was excellent! My 2 year old loved it! The pecans were a little heavy for my husband, so I will lighten that up next time. I took the other advice and added some soy sauce, lemon juice, and maple syrup. It was a little too sweet, so I will add some chicken broth next time. All in all SUPERB!
