About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
One night I decided to go all out and do a meat and potatoes, stuffing, gravy, veggie dinner. I had it all put in serving bowls and went to get one last dish out of the cupboard above and it slipped out of my hand and fell onto another dish breaking all over in the food. I had to throw it ALL out because it was all full of broken glass =(

Tried 'n' True Peanut Butter Cookies
WOW this are awesome!.... I made a few adjustments, I quartered the recipe, i used a light margarine/butter (Called Move Over Butter), No water, and baking powder instead of soda, and used less white sugar and these turned out so pretty! Also added in some dark choc chips!

Baked Pork Chops I
This is the first time I really enjoyed pork chops!! I altered the recipe a little too. I also didnt cook as long maybe 20-30 min before I added soup mixture & another 20-30 after. I also fryed up extra mushrooms and onions and added it the soup mixture. YUMMY! I lightened my version as mush as possible too. Still great!

Southwestern Egg Rolls
This is pretty close! It is a recipe from a favorite restuarant of ours...CHILI'S. These go great with honey mustard dip.
