On this day I made two batches of cream cheese bars. One was yellow cake mix with raspberries added to the cream cheese mix. And the other was lemon cake with the original cream cheese mixture. Both were a huge hit! ALWAYS allow the bars to cool before serving though! I didn't, and they looked quite sloppy.
