Banana Bread V
I substituted 1/2 cup of white sugar for 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar, 3 bananas, and one jumbo egg. I then baked it @ 350F for 48 minutes. I then wrapped the pan in foil while it cooled for about 40 minutes to keep it moist. This is a great recipe, next time I will add nuts.
