Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
This is such a delicious side dish that I make every year around the holidays, and I think this is the best recipe. I did, however, have to cook it a little bit longer than the recipe called for to get it done all the way in the center. Overall, a great recipe!

King Ranch Chicken Casserole I
This is such a quick and easy way to use up leftover chicken, and it's delicious! I used torn up flour tortillas on bottom instead of chips and it turned out great. My two picky eaters ate it, as well. Thanks for a great recipe!

Southwest Chicken
This is a great recipe! I'm trying to cook healthier for my family which is difficult since I have some picky eaters, but this was a hit! Great served with rice!
