Turtle Cake I
Made this for an office birthday. Topped it with the "Chocolate Butter-Creme Frosting". The entire dessert disappeared within 10 minutes...an office record! :)

Chocolate Butter-Creme Frosting
Extremely easy to make & is wonderful; wouldn't change a thing! I used this on top the the "Turtle Cake I" recipe.

Easy Red Beans and Rice
My 14 yr old picky eater LOVED this! The only change we made was smoked sausage instead of turkey.
