I'm full blooded cajun and food is love. Grew up around three generations of women in the kitchen and am also an artist. Instead of blending colors I will also enjoy blending ingredients.
My favorite things to cook
red wine spaghetti, grilling ribs,steaks, brisket. Cajun cuisine and Mexican.

Three Cheese Manicotti II
I soaked shells as previous reviewer suggested for 15 min in hot water. easier to stuff mixture.added 1/2 cup water to the sauce at bottom of pan cooked 35 minutes.AMAZING!! ALSO USED FRESH MOZZERELLA BALL for added gooeyness!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
I did this with Rotiserre chicken breast chopped up and also did half ranch half blue cheese in the mixture. Everyone at party loved it! Very rich and soo easy to dump all into a crock pot.
