I followed the advice of tat2whttrsh since I don't have a bread machine. I also added 1 tsp. of garlic powder. The bread turned out great and went nicely with my baked ziti for dinner.

This is and excellent recipe! In fact, I'm throwing out my old recipe for pizza dough and using this on from now on. The dough was simple to make and very easy to work with. I spread a little olive oil and fresh minced garlic over the crust(after rolling it out), then filled the calzones with, ricotta, mozzerella cheese, pepperoni, banana peppers, and black olives.

This recipe is a keeper. Just made it for company and received compliments from everyone! I have tried this recipe replacing the sugar with splenda. While not as good as the original recipe, it is still tasty with splenda.
