So easy and so good! I added 4 cups of chicken stock on top of the 12 cups of water since I doubled the noodles. I also used a cup of carrots instead of 1/4 cup and a little garlic powder. Thanks to the gentleman who suggested the can of cream of chicken soup. It was the perfect addition. Husband and kids loved it! Bravo on this recipe!!!

Thank you for this wonderful recipe! I added 2 celery stalks(sliced), 5 beef bouillon cubes, and I couldn't find the beefy mushroom soup, so I used a can of cream of mushroom. My family loved it, even the kids. I took some to work to share and they all wanted the recipe!! Easy, fantastic, & reheated even better than when first made. I will absolutely be making this again! I absolutely loved this recipe! My mom and I have been looking for a potato soup recipe for a long time. Thank You so much. Not only is this easy, but my whole family loved it! The only changes I made were that I added chives instead of tarragon & cilantro, used light cream, and added carrots. I will be making this one again & again! Thanks again!!!
