Grandma Irena's Palacsinta (Hungarian Crepes)
This is awesome! I love the Almond filling. Instead of vanilla, I used almond extract to make the almond flavor more potent. I also let the almond filling cook a little longer on low heat to make it thicker. The chocolate sauce was so easy to make and I used butter. I also topped it with whipped cream.

Better Than Brad Pitt Cake
I made this for my co-worker's birthday party and everyone loved it. I gave everyone the website.

Red Beans and Rice
Delicious! Both by girls ate all of it. I did not have sausages but had board head petit ham. I cut them in cubes and used some cajun seasoning mix. It was delicious served hot with tabasco sauce!
