Cauliflower Soup
I used up the rest of my cauliflower to make this soup. Didn't have any celery but it turned out superbly! It was easy to make and de-lic!!

Hash Brown Quiche
We followed this recipe to the letter and it was gobbled up for brunch as well as for breakfast the next day and I think dinner the following day. Definitely a hit with us!

Rhubarb Crunch
I increased the amount of fruit to six cups - 4 cups of frozen rhubarb and 2 cups of blackberries. I only added 1/2 cup of sugar. This turned out great for me with the above changes!
