Apple Strudel Muffins

I used 2 cups of shredded apples, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar, and I doubled the crumbly topping. Muffins were delicious and a hit with everyone in my family, including those who do not like apples!

Bacon Cheese Frittata

I added a some shredded potato to the eggs, but left as is. It took 45 minutes to cook, but my husband said it was the best breakfast dish I have ever made. Yummy and simple.

Baked Potato Soup I

I added spices to make it taste good. It was a very thick "soup." It actually solidified in the refrigerator overnight.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

I have made this recipe twice in the last week, it is that good. All I changed was to add chocolate chips to it. Yummy! I didn't have any problems with dryness or over baking. Family and Friends love them.

Potato (Velveeta®) Cheese Soup

I love making this recipe! I serve with garlic cheese bread. For some reason the recipe was not printed correctly... I boil the water and seasonings, then add the potatoes and allow to boil a few minutes before I add the processed cheese. Otherwise the cheese tends to burn and stick to the bottom of the pan. Cook on low once the cheese is added.

Yummy! I made with Texas Toast. I didn't have any milk, so I just used 1/2 and 1/2. You should note that with Texas Toast I only got 8 slices cooked with the batter.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Easy, quick, and reasonably healthy. I added bread crumbs to my mixture, but followed the other directions exactly. Keep an eye on your fish using the broiler... Mine cooked in much less time than recommended.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

A little too salty for my liking, but I think if I cut the spices down a bit I will get a close to perfect biscuit. Thanks! I added the butter/spices to the biscuits about 5 minutes before they were done in the oven. They turned out beautifully.
