Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Very good recipe. I did change it a little bit..I didn't use the milk and instead of chopping the garlic and removing it, I minced in and left it while browning the pork chops. They were delicious!!!

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

I am sorry to say that I expected more with this dish. The flavors didn't seem to blend to well and it came out kind of bland. I don't think that I would make it again. Sorry.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Easy Italian Chicken II

It was good. I actually have been making this recipe for years but I usally use chicken with bone but I didnt have any on hand so I tried it with chicken breast. It came out pretty good.

It was very good. My sister and I were going to make chicken fajitas but we had decided to try something different. We made the recipe as is but next time I think that I will cut back on the cumin. But none the less, it was very good.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

WOW! This recipe was delicious!! I doubled the rub and doubled the lime.(We are big fans of lime!) I ran out of onion powder, so I used minced onion. It came out great!! Will make again!

Meatball Sandwich

It was delicious. I give it 5 stars because my husband said," Honey if its not too much trouble could you make a few more of these so I can take to work for the guys. I havent had a good meatball sandwich in a while. This hit the spot!" The only thing I did different was making the meatballs a bit smaller. The larger ones are too big for the kids to fit in their mouths. Very delicious, will make again.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

I have been trying a lot of new recipes lately. This is one that my husband wanted me to try. It came out pretty good, but I did change it a bit. I used thin sliced chicken breast. I added garlic salt and pepper. Made a pesto sauce myself and added basil. I added a thin slice of mozzarella to the top of each roll. Covered it for the first 20 minutes and removed the foil after allowing to brown. It came out really good, my husband really enjoyed it. Good recipe!

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

It was so very delicious! The meat just fell off the bone. My niece said, can I have a drumstick and I said that is the drumstick, HA HA if just fell off the bone. I added a bit more to it but it was great.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

This turkey was pretty good. Nice and moist. Everyone loved it. One problem though! It feel on the floor, by accident and the dog got to it. Only 2 people got a slice. LOL I will make it again though. Without certain people around. LOL

Garlic Chicken

I had plans to go out last night with my husband, but at the last minute our plans feel through. I needed something quick and good to make. This was it, the chicken came out nice and moist with good flavor. Quick and simple. Will make again!

Chicken in a Pot

I gave it a 4 star because my husband loved it on a bed of rice, me on the other hand, I only found it to be fair, the sauce was good on rice, but the chicken really didnt pick up the flavor. I can say I would probably make it again, since my 8 year old said, yum I think it's good, dont throw it out LOL!!
