Modenese Pork Chops
This was delicious! I think I might have simmered it on too high of heat, because most of the sauce boiled away, so I added another 2 tablespoons of butter and another 1/4 cup of wine, and it worked out well. I steamed broccoli and used the extra sauce to dip the broccoli in. It was very tasty - thanks for the recipe!
