Linda's Lasagna
Great recipe! The whole family loved it, from my two-year-old to my husband. I actually did not make any changes, which is very rare for me. I did, however, add spinach to the meat sauce. I love that it blends in well, does not change the overall flavor and adds lots of extra nutrients. Fresh or frozen works equally well.

World's Best Potato Salad
Definitely the best recipe I've used. I did make a few alterations, as suggested by others. I reduced the sugar to about a 1/3 cup, doubled the cornstarch to make it a little thicker, and added celery seed. This made it wonderful!

Creamy Shell Pasta Salad
This recipe makes a great staring off point for me. I followed others' suggestions and reduced the amount of vinegar. I also left out the hard-boiled egg and sunflower seeds. I added sun-dried tomatoes and a little dill for some extra flavor. Also, I used real cheddar cheese instead of American. I loved it this way!
