I am a chef in the restaurant business. Been in my family for years. I mostly just experiment in the kitchen. usually turns out well. Mostly southern style cooking, but theres alot of italian in there also. Italian style pastas, American pastas, and I love to slow cook on my charcoal grill as well. Theres a few things that the family makes every now and then, mostly desserts, jam cakes and cream cheese pound cakes. Like I said Southern! A lil fried chix in there. Took me a while to learn to bake but hey... its not as easy as it seems! Again the baking, and a lil on the country fried steaks but hey, cant learn if u dont try!
