Baked Dijon Salmon

Thanks, Esmee, for the wonderful recipe. It's a delicious dish and my hubby loved it! I followed the other reviewers' suggestions and halved the mustard, honey and butter, but I still found it a little too oily. The next time I use this recipe, I'll use less butter.

Fettuccini Carbonara

This recipe is very good! I made a few changes to suit my taste. I halved the original recipe cos I was only cooking for 2. I also omitted shallots but used 1 large onion instead. I added 300g fresh mushrooms cos we love mushrooms. The end result was very very good. My husband loved it! :) Thanks!

Byrdhouse Marinated Tomatoes and Mushrooms

This is fantastic! I brought it for a potluck and it was the first dish to go. Thanks so much for this GREAT recipe. Just a note, when I refrigerate it overnight, my tomatoes still tasted okay but the dish became quite watery. Perhaps I'll try to only refrigerate it for 3 hours, as suggested by the original recipe.

Teriyaki Chicken

I cooked 2kg of chicken thighs for a party. I followed the recipe but used brown sugar instead of white (as suggested). I popped it into the oven for 35min at 175 degrees celcius, skin up. It turned out very very good. My friends loved it. The chicken was very tender and juicy. Thanks!

Spinach and Blue Cheese Soup

I'm not a fan of blue cheese but my husband is. So I halved the amount of blue cheese. My husband and I liked it very much! But this recipe does yield quite a lot of soup.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Received excellent reviews from my friends. They loved it! But you need to brush with butter. Keep an eye on the mushroom. Take care not to overcook the mushroom and eat it immediately. Delicious!
