Baked Dijon Salmon
Thanks, Esmee, for the wonderful recipe. It's a delicious dish and my hubby loved it! I followed the other reviewers' suggestions and halved the mustard, honey and butter, but I still found it a little too oily. The next time I use this recipe, I'll use less butter.

Fettuccini Carbonara
This recipe is very good! I made a few changes to suit my taste. I halved the original recipe cos I was only cooking for 2. I also omitted shallots but used 1 large onion instead. I added 300g fresh mushrooms cos we love mushrooms. The end result was very very good. My husband loved it! :) Thanks!
