Mexican Corn
So yummy! I slightly modified to use up what I had on hand. Used white/yellow niblets, 1 rounded tbsp of margarine, light cream cheese & 4-5 tbsp. of jarred sliced jalapenos (diced).
It was definitely spicy, but we loved it. I'd say reduce peppers by half if you are worried about the heat. You can always add more!
