Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole
Great for the Kids. Added a bit of Chili Pwdr for a kick and took this to a family reunion and NO left overs. That speaks for itself.

Sausage Balls II
These were very easy to make. A little different than the Recipe my Mom used to make.I added extra cheese to suite my family. Next time I think I will use a bit more Baking mix to absorb more of the sausage grease.

Mushroom Pork Chops
Great recipe! Simple and easy. I used Pork Steaks that I had on hand and served the sauce and mushrooms over mashed potatoes. It would be great with rice also
