Baked Pork Chops I
This is my husband's favorite! Before this recipe he always claimed he didn't like pork chops. I agree with other reviewers on a couple things. Be sure to brown the pork chops well in the pan before baking. Definitely double the sauce. Yum.

Caramel Pecan Pie
I've made it 3 times now. My husband loves it. I always add more pecans than recipe asks for. Very rich. Serve with ice cream.
