My favorite time to cook is the fall and winter - I love making pumpkin anything, maple apple crisp, and in the winter time, I bake German spritz cookies like there's no tomorrow.

The German spritz cookies - especially making the chocolate camel or dog shape.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
Excellent! Did it with some of the alterations that other people have mentioned - 3 tbsp canola oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garlic, and kept the rest as is. It was delicious!! I love it. It was a big hit when I brought it into work.

Chicken Puffs
Pretty yummy! I had to bake it twice as long, though - about 22 minutes - and I did the "lower fat" version as well. It was sweet from the cream cheese, though; something I wasn't expecting.
