Golden Pork Chops
I made this for my family and they loved it.... After reading some of the reviews, I made the following changes: I sauteed onions, garlic, and oil in pan and poured into a seperate bowl when done. In the same pan I seared the chops(bone-in) with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on them. Then placed in a deep dish. I covered with the onion-garlic mixture and poured 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup(mixing only one can with milk). It was fabulous! My family devoured it and said the combination of having macaroni and cheese to use the gravy on was wonderful! This is a keeper!
