I'm 32, married for 14 years with five children. I started waitressing in a friend's resturant at a very early age (after I kept begging him and he caved in)then gradually moved to the kitchen. I absolutely loved it and ever since around 14, I've been cooking in different resturants learning heaps. I cooked professionally until I got married at 18 then we went to the US for 6 months, came back to Australian and settled raising a family. I've continued my passion with cooking, just differing to childrens' needs and trying out new things on them.
My favorite things to cook
Seafood paella, desert brownies, my infamous curry chicken, trying new things and ways to hide veggies in food!

Lamb roast and 'bully beef' curry...
My cooking triumphs
Pavolova from scratch - I'd never tried that and a number of birthday cakes for others that actually turned out great. SO MANY HOURS.
