Banana Sour Cream Bread
I made my first banana bread a couple weeks ago, my husband wouldn't eat it. This recipe was gone(I had one slice) is a day and a half. I was worried about a couple reviews that said it didn't rise, so I added some baking powder as well, had no problems. I used a 9x5 loaf pan, halfing the recipe, which was perfect for the size of the pan. My second loaf is in the oven now, making my kitchen smell wonderful...thanks for the great recipe.
