Stuffed Green Peppers I

So delicious! I added a little more rice and left the tomato soup out all together as it had plenty of liquid. I would also reccomend looking for peppers that are on the smaller size as this is quite a filling meal. Great recipes, i will make this again for sure!

Grilled Lemon Chicken

WONDERFUL RECIPE!!! This was delicious! My husband said it is the best chicken I have ever made and his new favorite marinade! I wanted to take a picture, but we had eaten it all before I had a chance to get my camera out! I also added a dash of lemon pepper seasoning to the mix and I marinated the chicken for about an hour and a half, instead of 20 minutes and the flavor really infused into the chicken. I'm sure I will get lots of requests for this one! Thanks!

Spinach Quiche

Great, delicious and easy recipe! I used a little less spinach and cottage cheese than the recipe called for and also made it with a pre-made pie crust and it turned out beautifully! I will definately make this again!

Garden Pasta Salad

Great recipe especially for a summertime picnic! I added sliced black olives, which were really tasty, although I couldnt imagine 2 full bottles of salad dressing. I used about three quarters of one bottle and it came out perfectly.
