Tomato Basil Soup I
I prefer a non-creamy tomato soup so this was perfect for me. I added finely chopped yellow and orange bell peppers and it gave the soup a tiny sweetness. I also blended it all up at the end to make it a more smooth soup. We had Reuben sandwiches with it and I brought leftovers the next day to work. Will be making this again and again.

Tacos in Pasta Shells
This was so yummy! I used ground turkey and added onions and diced tomatoes while the turkey was cooking and added a taco seasoning package. Then used light cream cheese and 2% cheese for the topping. I also took the advice of another review and used enchilada sauce instead of taco sauce. Am having leftovers for lunch. Thanks for the inventive idea!!!
