Lots of banana flavor. I found that for a quicker version of this recipe I made mini muffins that only took about 10 minutes to bake and were a great bite size snack/dessert. I have made this recipe numerous times. My husband and son both love them.

Cheesy Sausage Zucchini Casserole

This is a great dish! For the cheese though, I used sreaded sharp cheddar. Our family ate this weekly during the summer when are garden was full of zucchini.

Coco-Cola Icing

Good recipe. I topped it with some a cherry on each piece of cake. I also reduced the sugar to 3 1/2 cups and increased the cocoa powder by 4-5 tbl spoons. Just to give it a more chocolate taste. It is a quick and easy topping for cakes....I will make again for sure.
