Hot 'n' Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad

absolutely perfect!! we love this recipe!! the only changes we made were to add a little more ranch dressing (the hubby isn't a big fan of bleu cheese) and to use franks red hot for the sauce. sooooo tasty!!!! and perfect for a quick meal!

Barbecue Chicken Wings

This was the first time I have ever made chicken wings and these were wonderful! These were so easy to make and had a great flavor. The only change that I made was to put them under the broiler for a few minutes once they were out of the crockpot to try to seal the sauce on to the wings. we'll definitely be using this recipe again. thanks for a great recipe!

Creme Brulee French Toast

I made this for our first Christmas morning with my new in-laws. They loved it! It was easy to make the night before and bake while we were opening our gifts. My family loved it so much that I am now responsible for breakfast every year! I followed the recipe with the exception of using a little more brown sugar and one less egg than recommended. Absolutely wonderful! Thanks for a great (easy!) recipe!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

I made this recipe for my family's Christmas party last night. I have never been asked for a recipe when I've brought food before! Everyone wants this one!! My aunt has already reminded me 4 times to send it to her! I did use the honey graham crackers and the french vanilla pudding and it came out perfect! Everyone thought that the cake was a dead on for real eclairs (especially since we had them on hand to taste test!). Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Peach Cobbler II

This recipe is fantastic!!! I made it tonight with fresh peaches from a local orchard and couldn't keep the hubby and the rest of the firefighters on his shift away from it. Just knowing it's in the fridge makes me want to have more! The peaches came out perfect and the batter was moist and sweet. It was SO simple and yielded such delicious results! I followed other recommendations and used the vanilla in the batter, 6 large peaches, and only 1 cup of water before baking (that seemed like MORE than enough); and everything was perfect. Definitely a new favourite!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I loved this recipe for melted chocolate! My sis is allergic to strawberries so I dipped marshmallows into the chocolate and rolled them into crushed graham crackers to make "lazy s'mores". They were a huge hit! I loved the simplicity of the melting recipe and also the great consistency that the s'mores had. I definitely will try this again with berries and other foods! Thanks for a great recipe!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

This was the first potato salad I have ever made, and judging by the fact that there was none left for me to try I would say it was a big hit. I made it for a family cookout and it was gone in an instant! My sister-in-law said it tasted like the best baked potato she had ever had. Thanks for the great recipe!

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

This was fantastic! I've lived in New England my entire life and I have never had scallops like this. They were wicked good. I cooked them for my fiance last night, and he said that we should make it again next time we're having people over. Who would have thought such a simple recipe would have such delicious results! Fantastic!
