Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
The filling was great but I felt like the chicken was a little dry. If I try it again, I would probably try the other suggestions about the olive oil over the top.

Ham 'n' Egg Casserole
Yummy! I will make this again. The only change I made was I added some extra cheese on the top. Delicious!!!!

Bacon Scalloped Potatoes
These were very good. However, the potatoes took much longer to cook than stated. I would probably boil the potatoes ahead next time. I also added cheese and bacon in each layer prior to baking. It gave it great flavor! I will try the recipe again!
