you can use instant yeast no need to proof. I use an Alton Brown pizza dough recipe no proofing needed. It really works...

Roasted Pork Loin

Good recipe, but if you wait untill the temp reaches 160 the pork will over cook. I find that if you take it out at 145 and let it rest it will continue to cook, pork is at its best flavor when sliced and it appears blush in color

Great recipe. I have a large amount of swiss chard growing in my garden which I used instead of spinach, and also replaced the green onions with vidalia onions

Grilled Salmon with Cilantro Sauce

I tried this recipe on some of my friends some said the butter made it a little to rich so I tried a variations using extra virgin olive oil, and I used dill instead of cilantro, and two cloves of garlic along with the ol dbay 100% l approval
