Slow-Cooked White Chili
I doubled this recipe and it still wasn't quite enough for my family. As was suggested, I pureed some of the beans to thicken it up. Next time I think I will add some salsa to jazz it up a bit and add more flavor to balance out the cumin. Overall a very good recipe though!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints
My family loved these cookies! I made them with different types of jam (blackberry and strawberry) and drizzled melted chocolate over them instead of the glaze. I made one batch for Easter on Friday...and ended up having to do two more because we ended up eating the first one.
