Best Farmers' Market Pimento Cheese
This is such a great recipe. I have always really liked the concept of pimento cheese, but usually find the execution to be mediocre. This version is not overly sweet and doesn't overdose on mayo. The onions add a great kick. Give it a shot!

Raspberry Fudge Balls
So tasty! These turn out really light because of the cream cheese. It's so soft, you could use it as a heavy frosting or filing. We used some to make little sandwiches with the extra vanilla wafers. It's very simple to make as well.

Sweet Balsamic Marinade
This was quite good. I used it on chicken breasts and added some dried cherries toward the end--very tasty!
