I wasn't sure how this would turn out because it seemed too simple! I did use melted margarine instead of oil, increased the sugar and salt slightly and used regular yeast. This definantly past the test!!! I don't think I will ever make homeade bread the old fashioned way again! Light and fluffy and perfect with a little bit of butter and homeade jam!
This is a keeper, I'm already making a second loaf while we eat the first!
