Chicken Katsu

This is a great base recipe...I think I will try a marinade of some sort or some coconut to spice it up but I served this with a yummy barbecue sauce and the whole family was pleased!

Royal Icing I

What could be better than an icing recipe that is so simple, tastes well (for royal icing anyway) and easy to work with!? This will be my go to recipe whenever Royal Icing is in the picture!

I don't know that their is an ultimate meatloaf recipe- Ive tried several and they all turned out great. I wasn't all that impressed with the recipe for this specifically but made a meatloaf mixture to suit our family and LOVED the method of cooking! I set mine on the cookie sheet over medium heat and the texture and taste was amazing. The fact that it cooks quickly without heating my house in the summer makes this a grand slam! Now I wonder what else I can cook on the grill!?!

Banana Muffins II

I subsituted sourcream for the butter, added a bit of rum as well as a tsp of cinnamon. Moist and yummy- but also easy to whip together. Love em!

Glazed Nuts

I think I would decrease the amount of the spices in this a little bit, It overpowers the nuts slightly but...overall a good recipe. Great texture, light and crispy.

Playgroup Granola Bars

This is really good, I called it a breakfast cookie and served it on a busy morning when we were on the go. I substitued half of the vegtable oil for flaxseed oil. :)

WONDERFUL! We used our left-over turkey for this and it was out of this world! I added some little cubed potatos as well. This is definantly a recipe to keep on hand!

Orange Sour Cream Muffins

LOVED these! The ingredient list is short enough that I could whip these together for an afternoon snack, and the batter is irresistable! I couldn't keep myself from tasting it! This has a great orange flavor. Mine came out moist and fluffy with a crunchy/crusty exterior. These will be on our menu for years to come.

Breadsticks with Parmesan Butter

THESE ROCK! They are the perfect taste and texture- we LOVED them. I made extra to freexze for later. I also spread hald of the butter mixture on before baking and then put the remaining on right after I took them out of the oven! These will be a favoirtie for years to come!!!

Spiderweb Pumpkin Cheesecake

I didn't make this cheesecake, I actually made a lemon one instead but I have used the ingredients for the spiderwebs to decorate numerous cakes and I LOVE it! I love using different flavorings and designs. It adds a nice touch!

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

The only complaint I have is that each and every time I make this, I have to make it twice because one batch simply is not ENOUGH! We love it! Super simple and the way you cook this leaves the popcorn perfectly coated and it has a nice crunchy texture- not one of those carmels that gets stuck in your teeth. LOVE IT! Thanks!

Best Bread Machine Bread

I wasn't sure how this would turn out because it seemed too simple! I did use melted margarine instead of oil, increased the sugar and salt slightly and used regular yeast. This definantly past the test!!! I don't think I will ever make homeade bread the old fashioned way again! Light and fluffy and perfect with a little bit of butter and homeade jam! This is a keeper, I'm already making a second loaf while we eat the first!
